Party Terms & Conditions

  You must agree to all the following terms and conditions to book a party at Super Kidz Club:

  1. At the time of booking a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the base package price must be paid to reserve a party package.  This deposit will be used towards the balance of the selected party package. This does not include any of the add-on items, additional participants, tax, and gratuity. You may book your party over the phone, in person or online. Full payment must be made upon check-in of your party. Any amendments made to the booking may be subject to an administration fee at the discretion of the management.

  2. If you cancel the party or do not show up on scheduled the date and time, then full payment will be charged.

  3. Guests must arrive on-time,  no make-up time will be granted for guests who arrive late.

  4. We store customer card info to run on our terminal for billing reasons. We would not use these details unless the customer does not show up for a reservation or if a customer fails to pay for the service received. It would only be stored in secure human non readable form. If a customer fails to pay, then we will automatically charge the card on file.

  5. Any children or adults passing the amount of allowed guests per package will be charged the additional child and adult prices per package. Have your guests check-in under your party and you will be charged at the end when finalizing your party.

  6. All guests need to fill out a waiver in order to be admitted into Superkidz Club. It is always recommended to fill out waiver online for a speedy check-in process.  

  7. You will receive a call or email from a Super kidz Club event planner the week leading up to your party to go over the details and confirm everything in your party. Please have your list of guests (adults and children) finalized 72 hours prior to the party reservation, and emailed them to our planners.

  8. Changes to party size must be done at least 72 hours prior to scheduled date. Changes in food order, theme/decoration must be done at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date and time.

  9. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult over the age of 18 years at all times.

  10. We will try to maintain your party room preference but there is no guarantee and rooms may change. By booking your party with us, you understand and agree that your party room(s) may be rescheduled to a different party room(s).

  11. Parents should ensure children play in a manner that is both safe & shows consideration to other children.

  12. Any and all food must be final on the day of confirmation. There will be no exception to this rule.

  13. No outside food, snacks, drinks, or ice cream will be allowed past our admission gate (ONLY exceptions are: Birthday cake (No Ice Cream Cakes), cake pops, cupcakes, and party favors).

  14. Grippy Socks are required for everyone going into our playground (Children and Adults).

  15. No piñatas, confetti, glitter, paint, or any loose decorations will be allowed in party room (A $100 Cleaning Fee will be applied for decorations not following guidelines). You may be charged $100 if you break or mishandle any company property.

  16.  A cleaning fee of $100 will be applied should there be any food/cake fights during the time of party.

  17. If you bring your own loot/goody bags, please hand them out at the end of your party as your guests are leaving.

  18. You may arrive 15 mins before your actual party time to check in and get settled. (WE DO NOT ALLOW OUTSIDE DECORATIONS IN OUR FACILITY)

  19. If anyone in your party has a food allergy or you have a special request please inform our event planner.

  20. If you plan to have a balloon artist, face painter or your child’s favorite character, they will be accounted as one of your guest in your party.

  21. You may order more food the day of your party but, ONLY from our Café Menu if we have it. (Not guaranteed)

  22. Package prices and details are subject to change without notice.

  23. 10% Auto gratuity will be added on your final bill.

  24. Party time scheduled is set. It may be rescheduled based on available and request must be made 7 days prior.

  25. First 40 minutes is party-room time designated for cake cutting and food, and the following 80 mins is play-time in the playground.
